With a temperature resistance of up to 150°C, it is perfect for users who work with low-temp filaments such as PLA and PETG. Our in-house developed PEI coating has a delicate matte texture that gives it a calm and stable appearance, making it ideal for high-temp filaments.

【Premium Materials】: We use thickened PEO film and our proprietary high-viscosity PEI formula in addition to a 0.4mm thick stainless steel plate to ensure resistance against deformation and rust. This ensures high flatness and ample resilience. The plate also offers excellent adhesion, making it extremely user-friendly for new users. We have extensively tested and validated the results.

【Usage Guidelines】: To prevent scratches that could leave permanent marks, it is important to pay attention to the nozzle-to-surface distance. Regularly clean the surface with alcohol or a cleaning agent to remove dirt and oil, as they can reduce print adhesion and affect the clarity of the diamond pattern on the PEO surface. In extreme conditions, such as humid filaments or complex models, we recommend lowering print speed, increasing bed temperature, and optimizing filament and chamber temperature.
