Our products are specifically designed for everyday printing and are compatible with a wide range of printers. The use of brass ensures excellent thermal conductivity, while the TwinClad XT coating offers a low coefficient of friction and protects the nozzle from wear and tear.

The nozzle is plated with TwinClad XT Wear Resistant Plating, which is enhanced with a non-stick composite additive. This plating has a hardness rating of 65-67 HRC and a coefficient of friction of 0.08. It provides superior resistance to abrasion wear and filament adhesion, resulting in a longer nozzle lifespan.
